Georgia Boot’s Diamond Trax features a new slip-resistant technology that improves with wear, the company said. The boot’s outsole maintains a high level of surface roughness throughout its lifetime. Other slip-resistant outsoles can become polished and more slippery with extended wear, while the Diamond Trax’s technology develops enhanced friction over time, the company said. The boot also features a microcellular structure that allows the outsole to be 30 to 40 per cent lighter than traditional work footwear. The Diamond Trax is available in six-inch and eight-inch work boots that are waterproof, offer electrical hazard protection and come in both steel and non-steel toe options.
