Ansell has announced the ActivArmr 97-013 Medium Duty Hi-Viz glove, offering those working in hazardous nighttime or low-light environments increased visibility on their hands. This new glove expands the collection of specialty trade and general purpose gloves offered by Ansell that meets every need in demanding markets such as construction, oil and gas, mining, utility, transportation and contracting/maintenance industries, says the manufacturer. The glove provides the must-have balance of offering rugged protection and high-visibility for applications involving hazardous conditions. Advantages of the new glove includes: vivid orange colour and retro-reflection logo, which increases worker safety in low-visibility and low-light conditions to prevent accidents and downtime, while providing better facility control for glove compliance; Intercept Technology liner provides enhanced cut protection to prevent injury and lost time from work; tactility/dexterity to complete intricate tasks more efficiently to help complete a job faster; excellent wet and dry grip to prevent cut/laceration injury from slippage.
