Composite knit cut resistant
Superior Glove Works introduces the TenActiv composite knit cut-resistant work gloves designed to meet a range of applications including handling sharp objects, working in glass plants and doing construction. The 15-gauge gloves feature lint-free, continuous filament yarn that is stronger than steel on an equal-weight basis, says the manufacturer. The gloves can be used in industries such as automotive and aerospace as well as metal fabrication and metal sampling. The polyurethane-coated style offers a high co-efficient of friction that does not shed. For this specific reason the gloves are ideal when working with circuit boards where contamination is a concern. High-strength fibre is incorporated in a way that it cannot come through to the hand for total comfort and extended glove life. The glove meets ASTM ANSI Cut Level 2.
