Safety personality test
TalentClick has introduced Safety Quotient (SQ), a behavioural assessment tool that helps identify the high-risk personality traits that lead to human error and preventable incidents. It measures five core risk-related employee characteristics: resistance; anxiousness; irritability; distractibility; and impulsiveness. The SQ has been proven to reduce workplace incidents by 25 per cent to 50 per cent for new hires, says TalentClick. The SQ is accessible online, takes less than 30 minutes to complete and generates a self-coaching report for participants and an employer report for hiring, training and coaching. Unlike other safety-based behavioural assessment tools, the Safety Quotient is the first tool designed and validated to reduce incidents involving front-line workers operating in industrial work environments. It was developed by a team of occupational psychology and HR specialists. www.talentclick.com
