Safety tagging
HazSafeID is a unique equipment safety tagging system used to remove unsafe equipment from the workplace. All HazSafeID programs help make safety simple through equipment inspections, identification, tracking and reporting on all safety equipment presented. The program tracks safety equipment within a facility or job site and assigns equipment to worker or job site. Consistent procedures are set to remove equipment from service if an inspection should fail. All tags are imprinted with year and month of inspection and colour coded by year, with a reference number. Web-based access to the resulting information makes it easy to keep track of safety equipment and results. All inspectors are certified and are available for fast turnaround with scheduled inspections and re-certification. Automatic email notifications of re-inspection schedule will help keep track and build an overall stronger safety culture. A high visibility HazSafeID tagging system with optional RFID chips will facilitate visual quality control.
