Smart lighting

LightGuard's Vectra Series thermoplastic emergency lighting is now available with a new housing design and Smart Charger diagnostics, the company said. Vectra Series provides a fixture that is versatile enough to meet company's egress code requirements in commercial applications and features reliable and technologically sound electronics package. The Vectra Series is available in 6 V and 12 V, 12-50 W units with numerous lamp head assembly options (up to three heads) and a toolless hinged cover for easy access. Standard Smart Charger self-diagnostics electronics continuously monitor all critical functions and the optional self-testing feature satisfies the monthly periodic testing requirements in NFPA 101. Non-diagnostic units are also available. The Vectra Series includes a maintenance-free, sealed lead calcium or nickel cadmium battery that surpasses the need for 90 minutes of emergency power, the company said.
