Asking someone to support safety, lead with safety, make safety a way of life, or “own safety”, is never as effective as showing them how to accomplish it and then reinforcing it on a continuous basis.

Human Resources and Skills Development Canada data says that by 2011 about 41 per cent of the working population will be between 45 and 64 years of age. This is a huge jump from 10 years ago, which was only at 29 per cent.
