Talent Technology Corporation, a provider of recruitment technology such as HireDesk, recently announced the launch of Resume Mirror Search Enterprise (RMSearch Enterprise) which uses advanced conceptual search technology, to allow HR or recruiting staff to rapidly search and rank applicants using natural language phrases or entire job descriptions, yet requires zero training.
Resume Mirror’s first search product, RMSearch Engine, already powers leading recruiting software systems including those from ADP Virtual Edge, Bernard Hodes Group, Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), and CNC Global.
Based on this proven core technology provided by Kroll OnTrack’s Engenium Search, Resume Mirror extends the core search engine technology with a “best practices” candidate search interface and pre-built integrations to allow easy implementation with leading recruiting software systems.
RMSearch Enterprise is targeted at enterprise HR departments and large staffing firms and augments the search capabilities of existing recruiting systems. It can be fully integrated to look and work seamlessly with the organization’s current application allowing rapid deployment and easier user support.
As part of a phased rollout plan, RMSearch Enterprise is currently in limited release with select customers, with general availability scheduled for 2008.
